Highly Flammable Toys is a small business based in Brooklyn, NY and run by local artist Russ Tucker. Russ has been making customized action figures for almost 10 years and the HFT website went live in Fall 2003. Highly Flammable Toys is dedicated to making the highest quality, ultra-personal gift for the person who has everything.

Russ is an Ithaca College film school graduate and has been a puppeteer and prop and costume builder since his graduation in 1993. During that time he has built puppets, props and costumes for Avenue Q, Saturday Night Live, The Conan O'Brien Show, Little Shop of Horrors, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Next Generation, Dora the Explorer Live, Nickelodeon Theme Parks, and Flower Drum Song. He has performed as a puppeteer at Carnegie Hall, the HERE Theatre, The National Puppetry Conference, and National Puppetry Festival, the Irish Repertory Theater, and with the Flock Theatre of New London.

He lives in Williamsburg with his fiancee, Jessica, and their two dogs, Toby and Leo.
